Hi. If you want to make sure that you entered all mandatory fields in when taking a new order, you can now validate this per customer. Let’s have a look. I choose a customer.
Let’s take Graz Tourismus and you find a new tab here, validation, and you can now choose that, for example, the reference number is a required field when you save the job. So maybe we also want to make it required on approval. That makes sense. So if I now switch to this dispatch panels and I open one of the Graz Tourismus jobs and I try to save it, you’ll see that it says that the reference number is required.
So I enter some cost unit and click save. Like this, you can make sure that the required information is entered. The same holds true when you approve single jobs for accounting. So I’ve prepared here a job again from Graz Tourismus. And then if I try to approve it it’s not possible. Neither if you try to approve the orders by this batch check field.
So again, I need to enter something and now I’m able to approve this. I hope this makes your work even more efficient. Have a nice day. Bye.
